My name is Serena Casey. I'm a web designer/writer/Internet marketer/photographer/yes-I-have-too-many-irons-in-the-fire! That also means that I spend much of my time chained to a desk, and you know what that means—the pounds keep coming on.
I am not a weight loss expert, but I do have a lot of experience, having struggled with my weight most of my adult life. For me, finding the motivation to eat right and work out regularly is the hardest part. No, make that maintaining the motivation. That's the reason for this site.
I started a blog called "Best Possible You" in January of 2008 and continued it for several months. Now I've made some changes to make it more of a regular web site than a blog, but I've been gradually adding articles from the blog so that you can still access the good motivational information that was there.
As for my weight loss goals, I still haven't reached them, but I'm working on it. It sure doesn't happen overnight, especially when you're over 40! I'm just going to keep plugging away at it...
